Nadler's was founded by Edith and Ruben Nadler as a small butcher shop in 1943.
It has since grown into a multi-faceted operation. In 1988 their son Glen and his
wife Sally took over the business. Primarily having cooked whole roasted hogs for
events in the 1970's and 1980's, it was not until 1989 that Nadler's was asked to
expand on the meal into side dishes. The third event catered to over 1,000 people
and it was evident that the catering business was offically launched.
In addition to whole roasted hogs, we are most known for our BBQ Beef Brisket.
Catering now on a regular basis our area encompasses as far as Emporia and Stanley KS,
St. Joseph, Lake of the Ozarks, Sedalia, and Columbia. Our service area is constantly growing.
Whether we are catering an all glass event or a field day event in the middle of a corn
field, our buffets are designed to "meat" our clients needs.
